Some clients have a relationship with a contractor, others do not. We can help evaluate, select or recommend a contractor that is qualified for the particular project.

We supply specific recommendations for products used in the build out of tenant spaces or new buildings. Some clients request us to produce rough budgeting information for their planning purposes.
