The hospital taped Med Space, Inc. to develop a plan to convert a former dental clinic and office space into a patient friendly cancer clinic.  The challenge proposed was to try and keep as much of the original structure as possible, but still provide efficiency and patient privacy and confidentiality.  To add additional pressure; the design, permitting and construction had to meet the schedule of new arriving doctors.  Construction documents provided by MSS,INC.  All goals where met and the clinic is in full operation.

Med Space, Inc. provided design and tenant improvement documents to convert a residential structure into a commercial office space suitable for offices, meeting areas and recording studio.  The design included a fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system.  The semi-rural site required site plan review and extensive landscaping.
